Feedity

Hi followers and classmates, have any of you had any success with rss feed?  I get a continuous loop when I try to subscribe to my own blog.  I am trying a free trial in feedity, but I do not understand the assignment to put a url into the discussion box.  Which url?  If you have any insight, please, please share.  Thank you!
